Home Buying Process - Six Easy Steps for Qualified Customers

1st Step:

Meet with us to determine requirements and what package best meets your needs and qualifications.

2nd Step:
[SEARCH]

Select an existing home owned by Ultimate Value Properties, select a property on the market listed by another broker/agency for Rent-to-own, or locate a parcel of land you would like to build on and then select one of our building packages for rent-to-own/purchase. We are ready to assist you with all phases of the search and selection process.

3rd Step:
[PLAN]

If you decide to build, you may select from one of our existing building plans or provide your own plans. If you choose an existing home, we will work with you to determine any improvements required and we will work to prequalify you for the property.

4th Step:
[CONTRACT]
The plan and budget come together into a contract whether it is a purchase or rent-to-own with an option. We help you with financing alternatives and selection.

5th Step:
[PROJECT MGMT]
We manage the project with your input based on the plan. We may also engage an independent appraiser to ensure that the value of your new home will support the budget.

6th Step:
[FINISH]
Once the project is finished and signed off, you are ready to move in and enjoy your new home.
