A home building package is an excellent choice and provides the best opportunity to get the home that meets all your requirements. We have a standard price list for all site independent plans (without lot), and we help you determine the best home building package based on your affordability and requirements. If we (or you) do not already have a lot, we will work with you to set a lot budget and help you find one that meets your requirements.  The following are examples of our packages:

2 Bed/1 Bath Split
    Site Ind Price:     $86,630
     Rent-to-Own:     $837-$907 mos.
3 Bed/1 Bath Ranch
    Site Ind Price:     $104,000
    Rent-to-Own:     $870-$950 mos.
3 Bed/1.5 Bath Cape
    Site Ind Price:     $139,900
    Rent-to-Own:     $1035-$1115 mos.
    Unfinished 2nd: $127,160
    Rent-to-Own:     $991-$1071 mos.

Please note that prices are as of 4/7/2008, are subject to change without notice and may fluctuate due to changes in the price of materials, and the site indepedent price does not include the lot, however, the Rent-to-Own payment includes a $35,000 lot budget. We have a number of programs that can help you purchase a home. If you are currently paying $950 a mos. or more in rent and your credit is good, but you have a limited down payment, OR your credit needs some repair but you have a down payment, we can most likely help.

Not quite ready? Think Again!

We offer a Rent-to-Own program for qualified customers with a Low Down Payment. You get your down payment Plus 10% of all rent towards the purchase of your home. Even better, you decide when you are ready to execute the purchase!
